What is your role?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP MM/WM/QM/PP Manager to lead our SAP modules implementation, maintenance, and optimization initiatives.

This role requires deep expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), and Production Planning (PP) , including handling AMS tickets and managing SAP-related projects.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve business processes, drive operational efficiency, and support organizational goals.

Your day in the life of SAP Operation Manager in ITT

SAP Modules Management

• • Oversee the design, configuration, and support of SAP MM, WM, QM, and PP modules.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and other systems (e.g., SAP SD, FI/CO, etc.).
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and enhancements for relevant SAP modules.

Strategic Planning and Execution

• • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Develop and execute SAP module roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and process efficiency.

Team Leadership

• • Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists and consultants.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones and deadlines.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Business Process Optimization

• • Work with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
  • Drive automation and digitization efforts to improve process accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in current processes through SAP module capabilities.

Change Management and Training

• • Ensure effective change management practices for system and process updates.
  • Deliver user training and support to maximize adoption and minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting.

Compliance and Risk Management

• • Ensure solutions comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mitigate risks by implementing robust testing and validation procedures.

What will make you our perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM, WM, QM, and PP modules
• Proven experience in managing SAP implementations or upgrades
• Proficient in SAP configuration and integration across modules
• Understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and quality management processes
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Good level of Italian and English languages 

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ABAP debugging and Fiori UI 
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
