What’s the role?

 

We’re looking for a Legal Administration  Intern to join our Legal Team in Barge (CN)

Reporting, the senior Legal Counsels in an inclusive and collaborative working culture, with responsibility for supporting the team the Motion Technologies legal department

 

Responsabilità essenziali

Your day in the life of Legal Administration Intern at ITT

 

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations; 
  • Organizing and maintaining files (electronic and paper files) in the legal archive (BoD meetings/resolutions)
  • Preparing legal correspondence, drafts of simple agreements and other documents under the supervision of the Legal team
  • Performing factual and legal research into case law and precedents
  • Final review for typos and layout of legal documents
  • Support with other matters as requested by the local and corporate team
  • Assist the Senior Counsel in monitoring the RDAs and collecting all info needed to arrange the payment (correspondence with accountancy on POs and verification of payments)
  • Verifying that the published compliance policies are updated and homogenous cross the businesses, supporting the team in ensuring compliance with all of the ITT policies and procedures

Requisiti di posizione

What will make you our perfect match?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or another related discipline
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluency in Italian and English language
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple pending matters and to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office applications particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
