Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire in Tirocinio in ambito Qualità Fornitori presso i nostri uffici di Barge (CN).

La persona in tirocinio verrà inserita all’interno dell’ufficio acquisti e affiancherà i colleghi nelle attività di Supplier Quality e in particolare dei seguenti tasks:

• Gestione certificazioni di qualità fornitori (remind mensile + storage random)
• Aggiornamento KPI di SQ e dei claim fornitori
• Invio delle schede di valutazione ai fornitori
• Survey fornitori per sostenibilità in collaborazione con R&D
• Attività legate ai progetti speciali come lo sviluppo del portale fornitori e il progetto etichette

Supporterà il team anche per alcune attività operative relative agli acquisti:

• codifiche fornitori e creazione inforecord componenti codificati a magazzino
• variazione termini di pagamento
• rilascio RDA
• gestione RFQ per articoli team ESH

• Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office con particolare focus su Excel e sulle tabelle pivot
• Capacità di lavorare in team e di rispettare le scadenze
• Approccio proattivo
• Conoscenza della lingua Inglese (B2 o superiore)
