Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Sistemista Infrastruttura  da inserire in tirocinio presso gli uffici di ITT Italia a Barge (CN).

Avrai l'opportunità di acquisire competenze nell’ambito delle infrastruttura IT supportando i colleghi e le colleghe a tutti i livelli, impiegatizio e non.

Sarai parte attiva nella gestione di un ambiente di lavoro IT Enterprise e avrai modo di comprendere l'organizzazione del team di Supporto Tecnico all’interno di una multinazionale con presenza globale su molteplici sedi worldwide.

Supporterai il Team IT Infrastructure con focus sulle seguenti attività:

• Configurazione personal computer e dispositivi industriali di diverse tipologie (HW e SW);
• Installazione e configurazione di stampanti per ufficio e industriali;
• Organizzazione delle cartelle condivise su server e dei relativi permessi;
• Gestione Ticket su ServiceNow;
• Gestione account di dominio aziendale;
• Supporto e configurazione apparati di rete (swich, access point).

• Diploma o laurea in ambito informatico

• Conoscenza di base dei sistemi operativi (Windows, Linux)
• Capacità di problem solving e attitudine al lavoro in team
